Staff behavior left me shocked

Comfortable beds helped us recharge after busy days.

Our last night was marred by a staff member's unacceptable behavior. They barged into our room multiple times over noise complaints that had nothing to do with us.

Perfect for Families visiting!

We stayed for 3 nights and the room was HUGE! The coffee machine on the ground floor? A lifesaver for early mornings, couldn't start my day without it.

Yeah, it wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you pay for the space.

One of my belongings went missing after housekeeping, and the staff were dismissive instead of helpful. The room's heater was also broken initially. Choose this place only if you're willing to risk losing your belongings.

Staying at this hotel was a real treat for our family! The location was perfect, with NC Cube Canal Walk just a 300-meter stroll away. Our teenagers loved exploring the nearby shops and eateries.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities around the hotel.
